When you say, “Peel (or not), cook and slice as many potatoes as you like.” by cook, do you mean boil them first?

@Jshaps – if you have the time and the skills to make your brown sauce from scratch…by all means, do it. The purpose of this post is to provide a simple solution for a refined Jaeger-style sauce. Most folks won’t want to go through the effort of roasting bones and veggies, and simmering for hours, just for a few servings of sauce.

each place try to get Jaeger sauce. But so far have come up with a fat zero.
Any advice on where to get it would be fine,
